1. Do I need to create an account to buy something online?

No, you can place an order as a guest. 

2. What should I do if I couldn't find the items I want on the website?

If you can’t find the item on our website by using keyword search, you can check the category and advanced search to try to find out the items.

3. Can I ship a package to another address?

Yes, you can. Your ship-to address can be different from your billing address. But Your billing address must match your credit card given.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You can, but please fast! Please email us as soon as you can, so we can help you cancel it before it's shipped. Once your order reaches a certain point in the shipping process, we are unable to make it stop not sent.

There is no charge for sales tax on all orders

7. Can I track my order?

8. I received a damaged or defective item

Please Email our customer service immediately and send us the photos to show the problem. Please send your order number and details on the damaged or defective merchandise. We will instruct you on how to proceed.

9. I miss an item

10. I received the wrong item
Please Email our customer service department and send us the photos to show the problem. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your will pay for the return postage. However, you will be refunded the return postage immediately once our merchandise has been returned.

11. Can I return an item purchased from the online shop to a PANDORA store or stockist?
It is not possible to return an item purchased from the PANDORA online shop to a PANDORA store or stockis for a refund. Please return all online orders to the online store using the online shops returns policy. Likewise it is not possible to return an item purchased from a PANDORA store or stockist to the online shop.

12. If I order something that is no longer in stock what will happen to my order?

During extremely busy periods it is possible to place an order for a product which may just have gone out of stock. In this case, the online shop reserves the right to cancel your order.
If you have paid via PayPal, you will be issued with a refund for the amount paid.
If you have paid via credit/debit card your card will not have been charged.

Then your SecureCode will be quickly confirmed by your card issuer to complete your purchase.  Why was my order canceled?

Your order may be cancelled for several reasons (out of stock, not able to fulfill, or fraud alerts).
